Since joining Sodexo in 2008, I have had many opportunities to develop both myself and my industry knowledge.
Sodexo has enabled me to greatly boost my career with a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects over the years.
At Sodexo there are no limitations for growth and I’ve always been encouraged to stretch myself, improve my knowledge and develop new skills. No day is ever the same and, for me, it is this diversity that makes working at Sodexo really enjoyable.
I achieved Service in Excellence for Sodexo Independent Schools and overall Sodexo Education winner in 2009. In 2014 I achieved overall Business Manager of the year for Sodexo Education UK&I at the Star Awards.
Since 2015, I have been pushed and supported in my personal development within finance, business management and leadership which resulted in my promotion through the successful and rewarding work I have achieved.
Sodexo is a people-focused business and this remains strong throughout the company’s growth and development. We are now at a time of rapid growth and exciting new global initiatives. This is an exciting time to be working at Sodexo and I look forward to the opportunities and challenges that come with the expansion of the business.
