Alice Peel, Independents by Sodexo pastry chef at Caterham School, has won the 2016 Mövenpick Gourmet Dessert Chef of the Year competition with her winning dish of strawberry, lime curd and Champagne sundae with Mövenpick double cream and meringue ice cream.
The competition challenged professional chefs to create a contemporary take on a classic ice cream sundae. A sundae made extraordinary with Mövenpick ice cream.
