Sodexo’s PRIDE network supports lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer and questioning (LGBTQ+) colleagues to achieve their full potential through creating a positive, supporting and inclusive working environment.
Employee Networks
Our aim is to remove barriers that prevent people being able to contribute fully and instead to build an inclusive workplace where our differences are embraced.
Our seven employee networks address key topics: Culture & Origins, Disability, Gender, Generations (including supporting working parents and carers) and Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity (Pride).
Our networks regularly collaborate to provide unique opportunities for their members to network with one another and further their personal skills, as well as providing a platform to share personal stories that we can all learn from. Through these networks we can understand our employees lived experiences, get feedback and gain further understanding as to how we can support our employees.
