Account Director
The range of contracts I look after as an account director covers all age groups, from nursery aged children up to 18-year-olds. Or, you could say, from pureed food to gourmet food! I also look after cleaning, housekeeping and laundry services .
I joined the company in 1987 straight from college to work as a commis chef in corporate services and then became a catering manager.
I switched to education and worked in the independent schools sector as a district support manager reporting to a senior account manager. I became an account manager and in 2010 and 2011 was awarded the title of divisional account manager of the year.
Married and with two daughters, I live in Preston, Lancashire.
I am a keen runner and regularly compete in 10k road races. I am a member of Blackburn Road Runners, and have competed in the Great North Run and the Blackpool Half Marathon.
