Keen to compete at the highest-level Keith has been a semi-finalist in the National chef of the year, a past competitor in the British Open Cooking Championships attaining gold medal winning standard on a number of occasions, also finalist & winner Sodexo's Chef of the Year. Now a recognised judge at industry competition and events.
