Natalie DaviesAccount Manager
I started working with independents by Sodexo in November 2016 as an account manager having spent the last six years as a business development manager in both education and the corporate sector.
Having previously worked in operations, I decided that I wanted to return to a role with direct day-to-day impact on my customers, clients and teams.
I spent four years, from 1998 to 2002, at Brighton College as an assistant catering manager, which enabled me to gain a good understandstanding of an independent school’s many needs. My passion for food, hospitality and people came from studying hospitality and catering management in Portsmouth.
Since 2002, I have worked in state education, colleges, universities and business and industry. The breadth of experience and knowledge I have gained has given me the opportunity to understand all aspects of catering - and most importantly understanding my clients’ expectations of myself and my teams.
I am hugely passionate about food. It plays a big part in my life, especially on holidays when I am constantly researching places to eat and, if that means queuing for over an hour to eat somewhere in particular, I will wait!
