I have worked for the business since 2013, and have undertaken a wide variety of roles across different segments, working with great teams delivering amazing food experiences.
At Independents by Sodexo, we have a great opportunity to put a smile on pupils faces through the food we serve and the experience we deliver, our teams are committed in doing this every day at every service. We have a fabulous team that I am so proud of, and long-standing supportive clients. I feel proud to be part of this team and the communities we operate in.
Now abit about me - I know it sounds cheesy, but my favourite meal is a good Sunday roast, it can’t be beaten as it's family time, but when I'm out I opt for anything with a bit of spice!
I love to cook curries, and enjoy trying out new recipes and experimenting, I do a mean Sri Lankan Curry!
My favourite school meal memory has to be the lovely cooks, especially one dinner lady. She was kind and always encouraged me to try different food, contributing to my love of amazing food to this day! She always made me smile.
