Senior Account Manager
From six months old to 18-year-old sixth formers is the age range of the schoolchildren I look after as a senior account manager. I am also responsible for a range of other services at these schools: housekeeping, laundry, portering and uniform shops.
I was proud to be a winner at the inaugural Educatering Excellence Awards in 2011, earning the title district manager of the year.
I enjoy finding innovative, cost effective solutions to assist clients in achieving their quality and financial objectives and we have developed two centres of excellence in Berkshire and Oxfordshire which benefit the development of our business as a whole.
First and foremost, I ensure the company quality standards are maintained at all sites and Sodexo policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
Development of people and business is all part of my role and I support the sales team in tendering for new contracts and winning additional services.
