I look after a range of contracts including day to full boarding, preparatory and senior schools where we offer catering and cleaning services.

I have always had a passion for cooking and serving great food. I spent the first half of my career cooking in various commercial kitchens. Fifteen years ago, I made the decision to step away from the kitchen and into operational management where I have the same passion and drive to deliver excellence and exceed client expectations.

Since joining Sodexo as a General Service Manager in 2008, looking after one of the top boarding schools in the country, I have had many opportunities to develop both myself and the teams around me. I support my mangers and to help them to deliver fantastic, consistent service for our clients.

I was awarded overall business manager of the year for Sodexo Education, UK and Ireland in 2014. My proudest moment since joining Sodexo was being promoted to Account Manager for the South West in 2017.

I am married to Kerry, a primary school teacher with four children living in the west country
