Candice Eves, business development director for Independents by Sodexo, was awarded the gong for Best Field Sales at the 2015 Women in Sales Awards.
Candice, who has been with Sodexo since April 2014, was recognised for the transformational impact she has had, not only on sales targets, but on the wider reputation of Sodexo, in what is a highly-specialised and established marketplace.
Since joining Sodexo, Candice has secured a 1:2 conversion rate in bidding for new business, been awarded the three largest contracts to have come to market, won £3.5m in new business and helped to secure 100% contract retention.
Candice said: “I was thrilled to pick up this award and to be recognised with some exceptional peers. I work with a passionate and motivated team and have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges the business has thrown at me in the last 18 months.”
